A quality restaurant spotted by the Michelin guide since 2013. A "fourchette" in 2014 and 2015, and the Michelin assiette since 2016.

Our cooking is creative and we have also revisited the local produce.

We recommend :

  • The farm house chicken in crust of salt, which will be cut in front of you (to reserve preferably to be sure to taste it)
  • The cake of Savoy (one of the bests!)
  • The matouille, specialty of Bauges: tome of Bauges in the oven, potatoes and charcuterie
  • The Savoyard farcement
  • Homemade foie gras with Sechouan pepper
The cuisine evolves with the seasons and the discoveries of Cathy. In the spring, she likes to work the wild plants freshly picked in the area.

Open for lunch and dinner all year round from Wednesday lunch to Sunday lunch (except when closed).

Open also on Tuesday noon and evening during school holidays (February, summer, Christmas).
